Brian Hickam
Brian Hickam is director of the library at the Indiana Institute of Technology. His research interests include the visual aspects and history of heavy metal music and culture. Brian is a co-founder of ISMMS and its Metal Music Studies journal, a co-editor of ISMMS' bibliography, and founder of the Heavy Metal & Hardcore Punk Archives, which has locations at BGSU and the Rock Hall Library/Archives in Ohio. He is a former president of Ohio’s chapter of the Association of College & Research Libraries.
