Clayton Barrows

Clayton Barrows is currently a professor and interim chair of hospitality management at the University of New Hampshire where he teaches classes in hospitality management with an emphasis on private club management. Clayton’s areas of expertise are food and beverage management and private club management. He has published numerous articles in both of these areas. Additionally, he has co-authored five books relating to the hospitality industry – most recently, Club Management: The Management of Private Membership Clubs. Finally, he is editor of the International Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Administration, a Taylor and Francis publication.
