Cynthia Crump Taggart
Dr. Cynthia Taggart is professor of music education and area chair of music education at the Michigan State University College of Music. She specializes in preschool and elementary general music methods and psychology of music, research, and measurement. Dr. Taggart is the 2008-2010 Leadership Chair for MENC’s Early Childhood Music SRIG.
