Europa

Volume 2 No 1 - 1998

Editorial

Keith Cameron

EUROPA has now been in existence since 1996 as an online journal. It provides a unique opportunity for people to publish refereed articles on all matters pertaining to Europe. European culture is the object of much on-going research and of considerable debate. In the current issue we include articles on Theatre practitioners, the State and the 'official language, the contribution of English to other European languages and a view of recent British feminist fiction.

We would welcome contributions on any aspect of European culture.
The journal appears at present twice a year but it is hoped to increase the number of issues to three per annum in 1999 and to four in 2000.

Articles should be submitted to the Editor: Professor Keith Cameron, School of Modern Languages, Queen's Building, The University, EXETER, EX4 4QH, UK in hardcopy and on disk. If you wish to discuss any proposal for EUROPA with him, please do so by e-mail at K.C.Cameron@ex.ac.uk
