Hamada Tadahisa

Hamada Tadahisa is Founding Chair of Japan Computer Access for Empowerment (JCAFE) and a council member of Association for Progressive Communications (APC). He is a member of the Communication Rights in the Information Society (CRIS) campaign, co-author of Internet to Shimin [Internet and Civil Society] and is currently conducting research on civil society and global governance, concerning what information and communication technology globalization brings to human society at the University of Tokyo.
