Samuel Leong
Professor Samuel Leong (Ph.D.) is Associate Dean of the Faculty of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences and Head of the Cultural and Creative Arts Department at The Hong Kong Institute of Education. He is also Director of the UNESCO Observatory for Research in Local Cultures and Creativity in Education. He has given invited presentations in five continents including the World Creativity Summit, World Alliance for Arts Education Summit and World Learning Conference.
