Susan Young

Susan Young recently retired as a senior lecturer in childhood studies and music education at the University of Exeter, UK and is now a senior research fellow at the Applied Music Research Group, Roehampton University, London, and an associate of the Centre for Research in Early Childhood, Birmingham. She holds degrees in piano performance and musicology and postgraduate research degrees in music education, early childhood music and biological anthropology. She has published numerous articles and several books, mainly on the topic of early childhood music.
