Wilson Ugangu
Wilson Ugangu is a senior lecturer of media studies at Multimedia University of Kenya, where he also holds the administrative position of associate dean, Faculty of Media & Communication Studies. He has taught and practiced communication for over fifteen years. During this period, he has written and researched extensively on several topics relating to Kenya’s and Africa’s media and attendant issues of policy, democracy and participation, media and conflict, international communication and globalization, training and research. He was elected to the position of president of the East Africa Communication Association (EACA) in 2018.
