Amrita Singh
Amrita Singh is a Ph.D. scholar at the Department of English, University of Delhi, working on graphic life narratives. She is also an assistant professor at the Department of English, Kamala Nehru College, University of Delhi. Her areas of research include graphic narratives, life writing, rethinking culture and power, and English language teaching. She has published articles and book chapters in these areas. Her most recent publication is a chapter titled ‘Giving an account of herself: Representations of childhood, self and the comic in Marjane Satrapi’s Persepolis’ in Childhood Traumas: Narratives and Representations (Routledge, 2019).
