Andrew King

Dr Andrew King is head of the School of the Arts at the University of Hull (United Kingdom). He has led major research projects funded by AHRC, Arts Council England and Paul Hamlyn Foundation (via PRSF, Sound and Music) in the areas of online music education, psychological well-being and evaluating the impact of composer residencies. He is the first editor of The Routledge Companion to Music, Technology and Education and Music, Technology, Education: Critical Perspectives. He has acted as an external examiner at a number of universities and is the editor-in-chief of Journal of Music, Technology and Education.
