Andy Hall
Andy Hall is a science, technology and innovation policy specialist who has researched agricultural innovation policy and practice in Asia and Africa for the last 30 years. During his career he has worked for The Natural Resources Institute, UK, the National Post-Harvest Programme, Uganda, the International Crops Research Institute for the Semi-Arid Tropics, India, The United Nations University, MERIT, The Netherlands, The Open University, UK, and, currently, the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation, Australia. His recent work has explored the nature of knowledge and innovation systems for sustainable development
