Ayobami Ojebode
Ayobami Ojebode is professor of applied communication in the Department of Communication and Language Arts, University of Ibadan, Nigeria, where he teaches and conducts research on (new) media and society, and community communication and collective action. His studies of communication and migration intention among Nigerian youths, journalists’ elbowroom in democratic Nigeria, community communication and participation have appeared in reputable journals and other outlets. He has been a visiting scholar, research fellow or invited speaker and trainer in reputable universities and research centres in Africa, Europe and the United States.
