Damien A. Capps
Damien A. Capps is a film student at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. He graduated with his Associate’s degree from Forsyth Technical Community College in 2014. He was a member of the fall 2015 Film Matters editorial board, and wrote various published articles. In 2015, Damien was elected Treasurer of Flicker Film Society, and Social Media Manager in 2016. In summer of 2016, he was selected to be the CIE Media Team Producer, and has worked on various short films, commercials, and other media productions both in and around the Wilmington area. As an official judge for the 2015, 2016, and 2017 Reel Teal Film Festival, he is both an experienced filmmaker and film critic.
