David Egan
David Egan is a senior lecturer in hospitality management at Sheffield Hallam University. His current research interests and publications are in the fields of revenue management, the role of hospitality in urban regeneration and the nature of hospitable spaces in cafes and bars. In addition to academic research David is heavily involved in the delivery of a wide range of consultancy projects for a wide range of clients via the university.
