David Gauntlett
David Gauntlett is Canada Research Chair in creative practice in The Creative School, Toronto Metropolitan University. He is the author of ten books, including Creative Explorations (Routledge, 2007), Making Is Connecting (Polity, 2011, 2nd ed., 2018), Making Media Studies (Peter Lang, 2015) and Creativity (Polity, 2022). He has made a number of popular online resources, videos, music and playthings and has pioneered creative research and workshop methods. He has worked with some of the world’s leading creative organizations, including the BBC, the British Library and Tate. For fourteen years he worked with the LEGO Group on innovation in creativity, play and learning.
