David Weiss
David Weiss received his Ph.D. in communication from the University of New Mexico in 2005. He is an associate professor in the Department of Communication and Journalism at the University of New Mexico, where he teaches courses in strategic communication, political communication, and mass communication. His research focuses on the media industries, the intersections of political and religious communication, and representations of identity in popular culture.
