Elio Garcia
Elio Garcia holds a Ph.D. in English with structured emphasis in film and media from the University of Oregon. He teaches literature, media studies and film production in southern Philippines and coordinates research for the humanities and social sciences at Xavier University-Ateneo de Cagayan. He is currently working on a monograph entitled Polytemporality: Radical Politics and Aesthetics in the Cinemas of the Global South.
