Emmanuel Paul Idakwo
Emmanuel Paul Idakwo earned his primary and post-primary education in the city of Jos. He has a BA and an M.Sc. in Mass Communication from the Universities of Jos and Lagos, Nigeria. He joined the Federal University Lafia, Nigeria, as a Graduate Assistant in May, 2015, where he is currently an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Theatre and Media Arts. He teaches media and communication courses. His research interests include audience studies, communications theories and new media. He is a member of the African Council for Communication Education (ACCE), the Digital Humanities Association of Nigeria (DHAN) and an alumnus of the Harvard Law School CopyrightX. He has presented papers at a number of academic conferences and published in the Journal of New Media and Mass Communication and the American International Journal of Contemporary Research, among others.
