Eric D. Olson
Eric D. Olson (Ph.D.) is an assistant professor and the programme director for the event management programme at Iowa State University in the Department of Apparel, Events and Hospitality. His research focuses on LGBT tourism and events in addition to minority evaluation of service encounters and service recovery.
