Federica Notari

Federica Notari recently graduated in comparative literary studies following a two-year research master’s degree at Utrecht University, in the Netherlands. Her final thesis is titled ‘Stories from the border: The representation of border zones and migrant subjectivities in Italian contemporary literature’. Before that, she obtained a bachelor’s degree in philosophy at the University of Bologna, with a final thesis on the concept of madness. While attending school and university, she studied abroad in several countries, such as Costa Rica, France and Spain. She is currently teaching at the primary school Istituto Comprensivo di Cadelbosco, Reggio Emilia. She has been an editorial assistant and researcher for the Journal of Italian Cinema & Media Studies since 2020.
