Goffredo Adinolfi

Goffredo Adinolfi is a researcher in political science at the CIES-IUL, ISCTE – Instituto Universitário de Lisboa. He has a Ph.D. in contemporary history from the University of Milan. His research interests focus on democratic legitimation and authoritarianism in Southern Europe. On this subject, he published ‘Political elite and decision-making in Mussolini’s Italy’, in A. C. Pinto (ed.), Ruling Elites and Decision-Making in Fascist-era Dictatorships (2009), and ‘The institutionalization of propaganda in the fascist era: The cases of Germany, Portugal and Italy’, European Legacy (2012).
