Gregory Taylor
Gregory Taylor is an associate professor of communication and media studies in the Department of Communication, Media and Film at the University of Calgary. His first book, Shut Off: The Canadian Digital Television Transition (McGill-Queen’s University Press, 2013), was shortlisted for the 2014 Donner Prize for Best Public Policy Book by a Canadian. He is also the co-editor of Frequencies: International Spectrum Policy (McGill-Queen’s University Press, 2020).
