Hanna-Mari Ikonen
Hanna-Mari Ikonen (Ph.D.) is currently senior researcher in a research project that studies young adults’ working lives at the University of Tampere, Finland. She has recently completed an Academy of Finland-funded project on entrepreneur–visitor encounters in rural tourist places. Her research has focused on individualistic employment strategies in ‘new economy’.
