Hart N. Feuer

Hart N. Feuer is an associate professor in the Division of Natural Resource Economics, Graduate School of Agriculture, Kyoto University. Over twenty years, he has specialized in agricultural and food-related skills, shedding light on a range of practice from artisanal farm management to child food literacy. This includes a focus on heritage food production and certification and the culinary integration of wild edible plants. His regional area of expertise is primarily East Asia, with particular interest in Cambodia, Vietnam and Japan. He is a primary researcher in the Ulam School, which promotes culinary adoption of indigenous plants.
