Heather D. Waters
Heather D. Waters completed her Ph.D. in music education at Temple University, earned National Board Certification in ‘Music: Early and Middle Childhood’ and certifications in Orff-Schulwerk, Kodály and music learning theory. She is currently an assistant professor and the coordinator of music education at Adelphi University.
