Heather Waters
Heather Waters completed her Ph.D. in music education at Temple University. She holds National Board Certification in Music: Early and Middle Childhood, as well as certifications in Orff, Kodály, and Music Learning Theory. She interacts musically with infants through adults, including nine years teaching PK-8 general music and three years as the Lead Teacher at Temple University’s Early Childhood Music Foundations program. She is currently the Interim Managing Director of the Early Childhood Music & Movement Association.
