Jane W. Davidson
Jane W. Davidson is professor of creative and performing arts and head of performing arts at the Faculty of Fine Arts and Music, University of Melbourne. She is the current president of the Australian Music Psychology Society. She was deputy director of the Australian Research Council Centre of Excellence for the History of Emotions (2011–18), president of the Musicological Society of Australia (2010 and 2011), vice-president of the European Society for the Cognitive Sciences of Music (2003–06) and editor of Psychology of Music (1997–2001).
