Jon Bailes
Jon Bailes has a Ph.D. in European studies from University College London. His research interests focus on theories of ideology and cultural representations of ideologies, especially relating to conceptions of work, consumerism and political participation in modern societies. He is author of the forthcoming Videogames, Power Fantasies and Neoliberalism (Zero Books, 2019) and co-author of Weapon of the Strong: Conversations on US State Terrorism (Pluto, 2013) and blogs at stateofnatureblog.com.
