Kate Farley
Kate Farley is course leader in fashion and textile design at Norwich University of the Arts. Kate achieved First Class BA (Hons) in Textile Design and Masters in Book Arts. With over twenty years in academia specializing in Drawing, Book Art, Printed Textile Design and Contextual Studies she is senior fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Kate’s practice includes commissions for Transport for London, bespoke pattern designs for David Mellor Design, London’s Barbican Centre, Birmingham’s Queen Elizabeth Hospital and collections launched under the Kate Farley brand. Kate’s work is held in collections including Tate and British Library.
