Madeleine Hamlin
Madeleine Hamlin is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Geography and the Environment at Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, where she also earned her MA and MPA in 2017. She studies the intersection of housing and criminal-legal systems in US cities.
