Manuel Ahedo
Manuel Ahedo has been teaching Sociology in the Department of Sociology of the University of Copenhagen (Denmark) since 2014. He got his Ph.D. in Sociology (2002) from the University of the Basque Country (Spain). Previously he has been a postdoctoral researcher in Copenhagen Business School (2002–2006), Assistant Professor at University Rovira i Virgili (2006–2011) (Catalonia, Spain) and Assistant Professor at the University of the Basque Country (2011–2014). He has published on economic and political sociology, and lately has also published on cultural sociology (literature, aesthetics, etc.) and on comparative, transnational and global sociology. His latest book, Dinamarca & España. Una sociología histórica, comparada y pública, was published in 2017.
