Marielle Bordewijk
Marielle Bordewijk is a food designer, packaging designer, trendwatcher and food innovator. After studying Industrial Design Engineering at Delft University of Technology, she worked as marketer for Unilever for 2.5 years. Subsequently, she started her own food design studio, for which she developed an innovation method called ‘Food by design’. Marielle has helped 80+ companies with inspiration and innovation in food. She knows what touches, fascinates and attracts people when it comes to the way people drink and eat. With her sharp intuition and creative mind, she specialized in the development of new food concepts, brands, products and packaging.
