Mário J. D. S. Santos
Mário J. D. S. Santos is a research assistant and Ph.D. student at CIES–IUL, ISCTE – Instituto Universitário de Lisboa. His main research topics are home birth, the profession of midwifery and obstetric violence. His doctoral project, funded by the Portuguese Foundation for Science and Technology (SFRH/BD/99993/2014), focuses on Portuguese home birth networks.
