Mark Evans
Mark Evans is professor emeritus in the Department of Curriculum, Teaching and Learning and former associate dean of teacher education at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, University of Toronto. Mark’s teaching, research and development work focuses primarily on democratic citizenship education, teacher education, and curriculum and pedagogical orientations in their many representations in schooling systems and contexts worldwide. Mark publishes widely and has been involved in a variety of curriculum reform initiatives, teacher education projects and research studies provincially, nationally and internationally.
