Matthew H. T. Yap
Matthew H. T. Yap is an assistant professor of hospitality and gaming management at the University of Macau. In 2008, he was awarded, by the Government of Kazakhstan, a certificate of appreciation in recognition of his outstanding support, dedication and professionalism in higher education and research. His research focuses on food and beverages, organizational behaviour and human resources management.
