Michael Koon Boon Tan
Michael Koon Boon Tan is an assistant professor at the School of Art, Design and Media at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. His interest in art, care and ageing has led him to engage and partner with organizations such as the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) and the National Arts Council to explore ways to enrich the life of seniors using the arts. His recent contributions to arts and health development in Singapore include developing the arts, ageing and well-being module for the M.Sc. in applied gerontology, and collaborating with the AIC to develop the Arts, Ageing and Wellbeing Toolkit for the community care sector.
