Morgane Rosier

Morgane Rosier is a Ph.D. candidate at the School of International Development and Global Studies at the University of Ottawa. Her research interests include global cooperation, development assistance, foreign aid, and humanitarian action policy and practice. Her Ph.D. thesis focuses on aid effectiveness in Vanuatu. She recently co-published ‘Yumi stanap strong: la localisation de l’aide en contexte de COVID-19 au Vanuatu’ in the Canadian Journal of Development Studies.
