Noureddine Miladi (Ph.D.) is professor of media and communication and former head of Department of Mass Communication, Qatar University. He is editor of Global Media Ethics and the Digital Revolution (Routledge, 2021) and co-editor of Routledge Handbook of Arab Media (Routledge, 2021). He is currently heading a team of researchers studying ‘Youth, Social Media and National Identity in Qatar’ (research funded by Qatar National Research Fund). Miladi supervises MA and Ph.D. researchers in social media and social change, media and democracy, youth, identity and social media networks, media ethics, Arab media, Al-Jazeera and global media and public opinion.
