Paul Soukup
Paul Soukup, SJ, teaches in the Communication Department at Santa Clara University. Over the years, with Thomas Farrell, he has edited multiple volumes of the writings of Walter J. Ong and has published articles on Ong’s significance for media ecology. A graduate of the Ph.D. programme at The University of Texas at Austin, his work focuses on orality and literacy studies as well as on the area of communication and theology. His latest book is A Media Ecology of Theology (Baylor University Press, 2022).
