Per Fikse
Per Fikse has been the director of the Minimalen Short Film Festival in Trondheim, Norway, since 1999 and has served as its programmer since 1994. The festival’s 35th edition will be in January 2023. Fikse has published several articles on film in the Norwegian and international media, and serves on a number of film festival juries each year. He holds a master of management degree from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
