Pia Brückner
Pia Brückner is a German Ph.D. student in the Department of English at the University of Turku, Finland. Her dissertation focuses on the depiction of towns and cities and their role for decolonization in Māori literature. She takes a close interest in Indigenous perspectives on urbanism in the past, present and future. Further research interests include Indigenous decolonizing methodologies, postcolonial studies, gender, memory, trauma and repression.
