Sergey Klyagin
Professor Sergey Klyagin is head of the Department of Communication Studies and Public Affairs, Russian State University for the Humanities. He is also professor at the Department of Sociology, Philosophy and History, Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation. His research interests include philosophy and theory of communication, media studies, research methodology, innovative learning strategies for modern education. Dr Klyagin was the editor and coauthored a number of books in the communication theory field (Modern Communication Studies, Philosophy of Communication: Theory and Methodology). Since 2009 Sergey co-directed intercollegiate research and educational project, that unites several top universities in the Russian Federation.
