Sheryl A. Farnan
Sheryl is a professor of business and fashion studies with Metropolitan Community College in Kansas City, Missouri. Her research in twentieth century fashion history includes aspects of domestic dress and popular culture influences on clothing and the apparel industry. With specific research on garment industry development during the 1930s, Sheryl examines the evolution of fashion design as a profession for women.
