Sofia Falomir
Sofia Falomir has a BA in English language and literature from University College London, UK, and an M.Phil. from the National Autonomous University of Mexico. Her work addresses the crossings between literature and philosophy, particularly twentieth-century modernism and post-structuralist thought. She currently reads for a Ph.D. at UNAM with a thesis on humour in philosophy as discussed by Nietzsche, Freud and Bergson. As a member of the research group Arte + Ciencia, she has worked on the links between disciplinary fields and the thin boundaries between literature, philosophy and science.
