Svend Daverkosen
Svend Daverkosen is an agronomist who have worked for many years in the field of advisory service in organic farming participating in converting 250+ farms from conventional to organic farming. The last twenty years he has been working with agricultural and environmental management at Aarstiderne with focus on developing CO2-schemes adaptable to food supply chains and the food served to citizens. Through several collaborations with universities and technological institutions, Aarstiderne is constantly involved in developing technological, gastronomical and on-farm solutions for sustainable food systems.
