Takis
takis is a London-based performance designer. His work has been seen internationally and at many of the UK’s leading theatres, working on different platforms and genres of performances. He is the artistic director of ARTLUXE, which produces visuallydriven,
interdisciplinary, interactive performance installations throughout Europe. takis has been nominated in the United Kingdom for Off West End Awards for set design for the productions of In the Heights (Southwark Playhouse), Fear (Bush Theatre), His Teeth (Only Connect) and Stovepipe(National
Theatre/HighTide). takis studied costume and set design at the Romanian National University of Arts in Bucharest and continued his studies at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art on the theatre technical arts course. He undertook practice-based research at London College of Fashionand currently
he is a doctoral candidate at Aalto University.
