Tom Day

Tom Day is a Ph.D. candidate and tutor at the University of Edinburgh. His current research project, ‘Pop Cinema: Aesthetic Conversations between Art and the Moving-Image’, explores the relationship between experimental film and pop art from the late 1950s to the late 1960s. He has previously written on Warhol for the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art and has an essay on the collage filmmaker Craig Baldwin forthcoming from the journal Incite: Journal of Experimental Media.
