Yunshu Tan
Yunshu Tan is faculty in the Department of Music and the Department of Education of Hunan First Normal University. She received her master’s degree in music education from the State University of New York at Fredonia and is now a music education Ph.D. candidate at Pennsylvania State University. Her research interests include popular music pedagogy, informal learning, community music education, as well as world musics teaching and learning. She is also actively engaged with couple rock/pop music groups at Pennsylvania State University.
