Yuval Karniel
Dr. Yuval Karniel is an honors graduate of Hebrew University Law School, holds a Masters degree in International Law from The American University in Washington DC and received his doctorate (LL.D) at Hebrew University Law School in 1997. He is currently a senior lecturer at the Sammy Ofer School of Communications at IDC where he gives courses on Media Policy, Ethics and Law in the Media, Media and Power, and Commercial Advertising. He also is a member of the board of Israel broadcasting authority (IBA) and the chair of the ethics committee.
