Sam R. M. Geden
Sam R. M. Geden is an independent scholar and artist with an MA in film studies from the University of Essex. His dissertation film The Land That Our Grandchildren Knew was nominated for the Student Production Award at the 2021 Critical Awards in Television. Geden’s research interest is posthumous media and has presented papers at six academic conferences. His publishing credits across poetry, stereoscopic photography, fiction and non-fiction writing include Muscaliet Press, Cult Ink and the London Stereoscopic Company. His first article, on posthumous embodiment in live performance, was published in 2022 by the Journal of the New Techno Humanities.
